Humor Piracicaba Contest/ women cartoonists/2013-Brazil

The expectation for the 40th anniversary of the International Humor Exhibition of Piracicaba is great and the preparations for the start programming with shows parallel. In March happens Lipstick, Pencil and TPM, with exclusive participation of women cartoonists. Therefore, the CEDHU Piracicaba (National Center for Graphic Humor) convenes cartoonists to submit their productions. Registration is open until February 25.
The show will have its opening on March 8, International Women's Day at the Park Central Mill. The visits will continue until April 7. The cartoonist Eduardo Grosso, director of CEDHU, explained that the event was born in 2011 as a way to enhance and encourage the female gaze in the language of humor, since the class of cartoonists predominantly consists of men.
"The receptivity of the show surprised us both by class cartoonist, and the public. 第九届中国国际动漫节“金猴奖”大赛章程


一、宗旨

“金猴奖”是中国国际动漫节的重要品牌，是一项由政府、业界、学界共同支持、倾力打造的国际权威专业赛事。“金猴奖”一直以“和平、和谐、发展、健康、向上”为基调，倡导“高品质、高品格、高品位”的理念，积极鼓励原创，大力挖掘和培养动漫优秀作品和杰出人才。本届“金猴奖”在注重参赛作品艺术性的同时更加重视接轨产业发展，围绕国家广电总局提出的办赛要求，进一步打造动漫节的国际节展平台，突出赛事的品牌个性，促进动漫产业转型升级，推动我国原创动漫事业快速发展。




二、组织机构

主办单位：中国国家广播电影电视总局

承办单位：中国国际动漫节执委会

中国动画学会




三、评委会组成

组织机构：组建“金猴奖”大赛评委会，负责所有参赛作品的评审工作；下设中国国际动漫节“金猴奖”大赛评委会办公室，负责评审的具体事务工作，办公室设在中国国际动漫节节展办公室。

评审机构：中国国际动漫节“金猴奖”大赛评委会设初评评审团和终评评审团。评委会成员由国内外学术机构、动漫业界及相关行业知名专家组成。

评委会成员若与选送作品有制作、商业等方面直接或间接合作性关系的，则在评审过程中一律采取回避原则。

评委会保留空缺某奖项以及减少某奖项获奖名额的权利。

*所有公布奖金为税前金额，个人所得税需由获奖单位或个人自理。

*中国大陆地区参赛作品获奖，奖金以“境内”标准核发。

*中国大陆地区以外的参赛作品获奖，奖金参照“境外”标准核发。2人全程接待即为获奖者应邀参加“金猴奖”颁奖典礼（经济舱机票，4月25日-4月27日）落地接待。逾期视为自动放弃。









六、参赛作品要求

综合奖参赛范围是针对已制作完成的漫画绘本和已公映的动画电影、动画系列片；动画角色奖、动画剧本奖将基于参赛综合奖的动画电影、动画系列片作品整体效果进行评选；潜力奖参赛范围是针对尚未制作完成或尚未公映、出版的作品（动画短片须已制作完成）。参赛作品必须遵循下列规定：

1.内容健康，积极向上，强调社会责任感，符合“和谐主题”，不得涉及淫秽、暴力、凶杀、反动及侮辱宗教等内容。

2.作品风格美观大方，主题鲜明，立意新颖。

3.参赛者必须持有参赛作品版权或经版权所有者书面授权，不得抄袭或盗用他人作品参赛。一经发现将取消比赛资格。参赛者须承担作品一切法律责任。

4.参赛者须登录中国国际动漫节官方网站（网址：www. cicaf.com ）下载对应参赛类别的参赛报名表，并按照要求将参赛作品及报名表电子文档刻录数据光盘，附带打印报名表一并寄往组委会。

5. 每部参赛作品仅限申报一类奖项，可根据参赛作品要求自愿选报一类奖项参赛。

6. 报名参赛 “金猴奖”大赛即视为同意作品被中国国际动漫节收藏，并授权作品在中国国际动漫节有关平台进行展示和宣传。中国国际动漫节组委会保留本大赛最终解释权。（若需回寄参赛作品，邮费和海关费用由参赛方自行承担。）

(一)综合奖

动画电影

1.作品片长60分钟以上，可供专业影院放映的动画影片。

2.在线或下载填写报名表，打印并签名，寄送参赛作品时请同附报名表电子文档。

3.需提交原始分辨率不低于1920*1080，格式为MOV、AVI或MPG的参赛作品全片（要求用H.264的通用压缩码，以免无法正常播放）。如有对白，请自行添加中、英文字幕。

*有关提交剧本，请自行用A4纸打印3份，仅供大赛评审用途，可要求组委会在赛事结束后寄还，费用由参赛方自行承担。

*动画电影、动画系列片类参赛作品如有已制作完成的动态剧本（LAYOUT）（包含预配音、音乐及音效基本完成），可以一同上交，格式同上。（本项不作硬性条件）。




七、参赛者与获奖者待遇

组委会将邀请参赛者赴杭州参加中国国际动漫节盛会，对每部参赛作品提供以下待遇：

（一）参赛作品：

1.中国国际动漫节动漫产业博览会专业观众日入场券2份。

2.国际动画电影周暨“金猴奖”影片展映入场券2份。

3.若国外参赛者赴杭州参加动漫节，组委会提供2人4月25日-4月27日食宿（须提前1个月书面申请，限标间一个）。

（二）获奖作品：

1．提供2人4月25日至4月27日食宿（标间一个）。

2．提供专业观众日动漫节动漫产业博览会入场券2份；国际电影周暨“金猴奖”影片展映入场券2份；颁奖典礼入场券2份；以及其他动漫节相关活动的入场券若干张。

3.组委会将组织全体获奖者考察杭州历史文化及杭州文创动漫企业。

4．组委会将为每个“金猴奖”获奖者发放《“金猴奖”获奖作品集》及《“金猴奖”获奖光盘集锦》1套。

5．组委会将在动漫节结束三周内与获奖作者联系领奖事宜，其中所有奖金均为税前金额；若1个月内未领取奖品，则视为自动放弃。

6.免费提供下一届中国国际动漫节动漫产业博览会标准展位一个。




八、颁奖典礼

1.颁奖典礼及新闻发布会由动漫节组委会统一举办。

2.在第九届中国国际动漫节开幕式上举行颁奖典礼。

3.组委会将邀请所有“金猴奖”评委和获奖者参加颁奖典礼。

4.因故无法前来领奖的国内外获奖者，须授权他人代为领奖。授权他人的，应向组委会提前递交书面授权委托书以及获奖者身份证或护照复印件。

5.获奖作品将在颁奖典礼、动漫节期间进行宣传展映。




九、获奖作品推介、宣传

1.作品展映

获奖的动画作品将在中国国际动漫节官方网站、杭州部分电影院线及动漫节现场展映。

获奖的漫画作品将在中国国际动漫节期间“金猴奖”展区和中国国际动漫节官方网站展示。

2.作品推荐

评委会对“潜力奖”获奖作品给出评语，并专门举办获奖作品专家点评推荐会，为获奖作品搭建更高的交流合作平台，达到强强联手、资源共享的效果，全面提升动漫作品的品质。

3.作品宣传

组委会将组织“金猴奖”获奖作品团赴国内外重要动漫展会参展，重点宣传获奖作品和获奖单位以及个人。组委会有权在国内外重要活动中对获奖作品进行宣传、推介和展映。

4.录入信息

中国国际动漫节组委会将专门设立“金猴奖”获奖作品和杰出人才信息库，储备动漫优秀作品和杰出人才，为国内外动漫企业输送优秀片源和人才。凡获奖作品以及相关团队、参赛信息将被录入中国国际动漫节“金猴奖”信息库。




十、 法律支持

第九届中国国际动漫节“金猴奖”大赛，认真按照本章程执行。并接受杭州市公证处监督公证。

本章程自公布之日起生效，凡参加中国国际动漫节“金猴奖”大赛的参赛者，自报名起即被视为承认并接受本章程。选送参赛作品的作者、制片人、发行商或相关组织有义务确保作品送选本次参赛的合法性，参赛作品在本赛事外引发的一切法律问题与大赛组委会无关。所有因本章程中、英文翻译引起的矛盾及争议,以中文版本为准。

The Theme: Ecology (Required) - In this category are considered all unpublished cartoons that deal with environmental problems and have not been awarded in other events. 70 works will be selected.
Theme B: Free - In this category are considered all unpublished cartoons on any topic and have not been awarded in other events. 50 works will be selected.
Theme C: Caricature - In this category are considered to be all cartoons unreleased and any character recognized that have not been awarded in other events. 40 works will be selected.
4th. To participate
a) may attend artists and filmmakers of any nationality;
b) Cartoons and Caricatures:
Works are drawn or computer-scanned, 300 dpi, A3 or 30 x 40 cm, RGB, jpg (high or medium quality) obeying the maximum limit of 1.0 MB, will only be accepted unpublished works, which have not participated in other halls or festivals;

1. 1。 ORGANISER 主办单位



The cultural association 'De Geus', Belgium organises every two year a cartooncontest. 文化协会“德赫斯，比利时举办每两年一个cartooncontest。



2. 2。 PARTICIPATION 参与



Every persoon older than 16 years may participate in this contest. 每persoon 16岁以上的，可以参加本次比赛。



3. 3。 SENDINGS IN SENDINGS IN



The cartoons sent in should be original and not published before. 发送的漫画应该是原创的，并没有公布之前。 All graphic technics are allowed. 所有的图形工艺是允许的。 Text is not allowed. 文字是不允许的。



The themes treated are free 处理的主题是免费的

The cartoons should be drawed on solid paper of 21 cm x 29,7 cm (Din A4) 卡通片绘制了坚实的21公分x 29.7厘米（DIN A4纸）



There is no restriction of the number of sendings in. 的数量是没有限制sendings英寸



On the backside of each cartoon the name of the cartoonist must be mentioned with his address. 的背面上的各卡通漫画家名称必须提到与他的地址。

The Organization Board  of the Cultural Manifestation Bride’s Veneration, St. Teodor Tiron, v.Konopnica, KrivaPalanka  under the Patronage of the Municipality of KrivaPalanka, organizes an International Cartoon Contest on the topic: BRIDE AND MOTHER IN LAW  

Criteria for participation:
-One author can participate with only three (3) non textual cartoons;                                                                  -Application should be done with an application form  attached on krivapalanka.gov.mk        ;                                                           -The application which is not  properly completed , will not be qualified furthermore ;                                                                                                      - Filling the application, the applicant certifies that the piece of art is his own intellectual property and accepts to cede the author`s rights to the  organizer of the contest ;                                                                           -Applying at the contest the author approves  the organizer to use ,exhibit, study and publish the pieces of art without limit for the media , period of time or place of its publication;                                                           –It is preferable for the authors to  enclose their  short Biography;                                                                        - The pieces of art  are supposed to be sent using e-mail (original or scanned ) with resolution  of 300 dpi  and the form should be A3 (29,7 x 42)  to contest@gradnakulturata2013.mk;                                                                           -Application deadline is 29th of March 2013.

Process of selection and judging:
- All the pieces of art that applied properly should be taken in the preliminary selection                                        - The preliminary selection  of the pieces of art should be done by the Organizational Board in the period of 3 days after the deadline date.
- The organizational Board should choose to award the arts that will enter the preliminary selection;            - The authors that should be awarded  are supposed to supply the original piece of art in 15 days , after  the Publication of the results.
Publication of the results:
-The results will be published on the web site of the Municipality of KrivaPalanka (www.krivapalanka.gov.mk)  not later than 02.04.2013.
Presentation:
•All the preliminary selected  pieces of art will be published in the catalogue  
•All the participating authors who take part in the preliminary selection will receive a catalogue (electronic version)  sent on the given address .

评委会保留空缺某奖项以及减少某奖项获奖名额的权利。凡入围作品均有机会在第四届中国长春·东北亚文化艺术周暨第九届中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会展会上参展。

3、作品纸张的规格20×750px — 55×1000px之间，作品不需装裱，短篇作品需注明作品序号；
4、图片格式规格如下： ①JPEG格式②分辨率300以上③文件大小一般每幅不超过15M；
5、手绘作品投稿不接受复印件，必须寄原作参赛，原稿寄回需自理邮费；
②少儿组（10—18岁）
黑白、彩色手绘均可，画稿要求使用正规绘图纸（水彩纸或水粉纸）、漫画原稿纸或复印纸，请使用黑色墨水笔或油性笔描线，不收铅笔和圆珠笔稿件，不接受复印稿。
③中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会吉祥物征集
1、结合历届中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会的特点设计卡通吉祥物样稿。（专为中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会设计卡通吉祥物，而非“金松鼠奖”吉祥物）
2、形象鲜明、内容健康向上；
3、作品需作者原创作品无抄袭，无参加过其它赛事；
4、体现中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会标志
5、一经采用版权归中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会组委会所有。

五、参赛须知
1、内容健康，积极向上，强调社会责任感，符合“和谐主题”，不得涉及淫秽、暴力、凶杀、反动及侮辱宗教等内容。
2、作品风格美观大方，主题鲜明，立意新颖。
3、参赛者必须持有参赛作品版权或经版权所有者书面授权，不得抄袭或盗用他人作品参赛。一经发现将取消比赛资格。参赛者须承担作品一切法律责任。
4、参赛者须登录动漫博览会官方网站（网址：www.dbdm.com.cn）下载对应参赛类别的参赛报名表，并按照要求将参赛作品及报名表电子文档刻录数据光盘，附带打印报名表一并寄往组委会。
5、每部参赛作品仅限申报一类奖项，可根据参赛作品要求自愿选报一类奖项参赛。
6、报名参赛 “金松鼠”奖的选手即视为同意作品被中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会组委会所用，并授权作品在中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会组委会有关平台进行展示和宣传。中国长春国际动漫艺术博览会组委会保留本大赛最终解释权。（若需回寄参赛作品，邮费和海关费用由参赛方自行承担。）
