5. cartoonale " De Geus", Belgium-2013
1. ORGANISER
The cultural association ‘De Geus’, Belgium organises every two year a cartooncontest.
2. PARTICIPATION
Every persoon older than 16 years may participate in this contest.
3. SENDINGS IN
The cartoons sent in should be original and not published before. All graphic technics are allowed. Text is not allowed.
The themes treated are free
The cartoons should be drawed on solid paper of 21 cm x 29,7 cm (Din A4)
Each participant can sent at most 5 works.
On the backside of each cartoon the name of the cartoonist must be mentioned with his address.
4. Deadline   
The cartoons (without passe-partout) must be solidly packed and at latest the 1st of September 2013 sent tot the following address together with the entry form/

5. Right of publication

11th Comic Showroom VELES 2013

Propositions:
- The competition is open to all comic artists from all over the world.

- Entries must be 1-6 pages long
- Entries must be sent in A4 format (21x29, 7cm). Please send only quality print copies (300 dpi). The submitted prints will not be returned!

- No specific theme is set.

- The storytelling in the comic can be done in any official language.

- Each visual artist (penciler, inker, colorist or letterer) can take part with only one submission, while each scenarist can enter with more than one submission

- The same comic entry can be submitted by more than one artist.

- Each participant must send: photography, short biography, personal address, telephone, e-mail and additional info of the year when the comic is made. Without this
the submission will not be evidenced!

- All submitted comics will be presented properly and will take part in the official comic showroom in Veles; and will be considered for other possibilities of promotion as stated in the Comic Centre’s policy.

- With the act of submission the author/s is/are passing the rights of publishing in any form to the Comic Centre of Macedonia.

- The entries will be reviewed by three member international jury.

- The jury will give the following awards:

1st award: “Golden Comic”, 200 EU, diploma and logo of the CCM;
2nd and 3rd award: Diploma;
Best scenario award: Diploma;
Award for the youngest author: Diploma;
Award up to 18 years: Diploma.

BASES

1. PARTICIPACIÓN.
El Concurso está abierto para todos(as) los(as) caricaturistas de cualquier parte del mundo.   

2. TEMA: Migración.
El concepto de la migración ha existido desde que los homínidos aprendimos a caminar; trasladarse, por razones  de carácter social o de sobrevivencia, siempre ha marcado el rumbo de nuestra especie. Desde su remoto origen africano hasta nuestros días, los humanos se han movido por todo el planeta poblándolo con una gama infinita de asentamientos, aparentemente distintos, pero regidos por las mismas necesidades. Actualmente, para algunos países del llamado primer mundo, la migración se contempla casi como una plaga: sólidos muros de metal protegen sus bordes y estrictos sistemas de control se aplican en puertos de acceso. Sin embargo, la migración no cesa y aquel ser humano, descendiente del lejano homínido que no conoció fronteras, continúa desplazándose.

3. LOS PREMIOS.
1er. lugar – $2000 US dólares
2do. lugar– $1500 US dólares
3er. lugar – $1000 US dólares
Los resultados se darán a conocer vía E-mail, después del día 21 de noviembre 2013.

El jurado calificador estará integrado por artistas de reconocido prestigio y, una vez emitidos los fallos, en fecha 21 de noviembre de 2013, se darán a conocer a través de los medios de comunicación y serán notificados vía email los concursantes que resulten ganadores. El fallo del jurado será inapelable.

The Contest is open to all cartoonists from all over the world and beyond.
       
2. THEME: Migration

The concept of emigration has existed since the first hominids learned to walk. To move around, for social reasons or just for surviving, has always foot-printed the route of our species. Since our remote African origin until today, humans have explored the whole planet forming a wide range of settlements, apparently different, but with the same necessities. Nowadays, for some countries of the so called first world, immigration is contemplated almost like a plague: solid metal walls have been built to protect their borders and tough strict control systems are used in their customs. However, migration can´t be stopped and human beings, the direct descendents of hominids that knew no frontiers, will continue to move around the world.

3. THE PRIZES
1st Prize:  $2000 US dollars.
2nd Prize: $1500 US dollars.
3rd Prize:  $1000 US dollars.

Winners will be notified by e-mail after 21st. November 2013.

4. ENTRIES
A maximum of 3 works can be submitted by E-mail in any media, in black and white or colour, but they should not have received a prize in other contests.
Works should have a minimum resolution of 200 dpi and keep the proportions of a Letter size paper sheet (21.5cms x 27.9cms). They should be sent to:

退信形成的原因： 　

    当您给给对方发送信件时，有可能因为某种原因，导致邮件传输失败，这时，系统就会给您发出一封这样的信件，来告知您，这封邮件由于某些特殊的原因，没有传递成功。

    一般情况下，退信产生的原因主要有以下几种：

    a、收件人信箱填写不准确：

    您要发送的信件，接收人的邮件地址不准确，有可能为对方告知您的地址有误，有可能为您的书写有误。

    b、网络原因导致：

    一封邮件的传输，是由发送方和接收方的服务器以及中间的网络来共同完成，这其中网络状态是很重要的一部分，如果网络发生了严重堵塞的情况，则有可能您的这封信件也会传递不成功。

    c、接收方服务器设置：

    如果接收方将发送方的服务器ip或域名设置成为了拒绝接收，那么您发送过去的信件，也将会传递失败，接收到退信。



    3、退信解释：

    产生退信的原因有多种多样，下面根据您接收到退信中的关键字，来查找一下可能的原因。

成立于2005年，国家自由博物馆Caretoons的大赛后，丹麦一家报纸刊登一幅漫画，产生可怕的暴力。 要引导这个强大的艺术形式，为一个积极的目的，博物馆邀请市民创造和平，多样性和关心他人表达自己的个人愿景的卡通。
今年Caretoons大赛的主题是“构建桥梁。”的特质，把我们宗教，语言，年龄，国籍，更也有可能成为点接触和发现。  Caretoons允许我们去探索和俏皮的，开放式的方式庆祝这些接触点。

如何创建一个Caretoon：

For awards for cartoons on subject “Attention,Plum”
1.Call for cartoons on subject “Attention, Plum” is open to authors from Macedoniaand abroad, according following criteria:
•        Art works to be original, not marked, black-white or in color;
•        It is allowed to participate with maximum three art works;
•        Maximum size of cartoons A3 and A4
2.For the most successful authors and works awards will be assigned:
