一位漫友给我邮箱发来一句：“和贾老师一起入选，我还真有些异样的激动呢，还真有一些在奥运会上和自己的教练一起进决赛的感觉哪！”

    这是乌克兰的一个漫画比赛，大概意思是为纪念N-V-果戈理诞辰200周年而举办，

主题是egg-flip（蛋酒），参赛作品每件收费5美元。尼古拉-瓦希里耶维奇-果戈

理是我们熟悉的和喜欢的批判现实主义作家，不多说了。举办比赛确需花费，但

我个人认为不应该由参赛者承担，因为比赛不是买彩票，如果举办条件不成熟就

上则补充：日前西班牙第15届漫画大展已经揭晓，该大展主题为“垃圾——你扔掉东西的价值”由阿尔卡拉大学举办，阿尔卡拉大学由红衣主教西斯内罗创建于1499年，是欧洲最古老的大学之一，其职责是培育维护西班牙王国统治的中坚精锐，每年国王会在此地颁发西班牙文学最重要的奖项---塞万提斯奖。此次漫画大展收到五十多个国家图形艺术家的作品，经过评委多轮次挑选，最后确定一百五十多幅图形参展。我国龚浩、贾锐军、胡旭明作品参展。

第二FESTIMENC -国际艺术节二等奖巴西里约热内卢/ 2 009

规则


1 -可以参加F ESTIMENC第二，专业和业余艺术家，生活在巴西或其他国家，只要他们遵守本条例。  将接受生产的数字化工作，以及雕塑或其他建议，只要发送者在垂直方向，采取措施，如3号格式（ 29.7厘米× 42厘米） ，具体情况如下：
