APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: 申请条件：

2011年第13届波兰“书籍”国际漫画大赛画册出版
张卫于2011年十二月十六日收到第13届波兰“书籍”国际漫画大赛画册，这期画册特别刊出该大赛十三届每次的主题和获大奖的作者，2004年第六届（主题“城堡”）我国著名女漫画家徐彩宵获大奖。该大赛于1986年举办第一届，连续举办5届后，1991年停办，14年后（2004年）又恢复举办。是目前波兰漫画大赛奖金第二高的大赛。第13届波兰“书籍”国际漫画大赛的中国入选作者有：巴比力格、勾在行、李景山、李莲、梁智冲、李润堂、田俊施、王小冉、WAQ、候晓强、臧建生、张卫、赵云生、周运好。（注：这里很多新漫画作者是北京张新华、吕鸿群办的想象力漫画学校的小学生作者，另外有些名字可能翻译不是很准确，请谅。）
