昨日收到德国寄来的DVD,其主题“残疾人”国际漫画大展作品录入其内（未标国名和姓名），中国冰凌、贾锐军（3件）、侯晓强（2）漫画入选，贾锐军漫画入选画册（从网上看到，其他漫友收到DVD请来此报到）。

布尔萨市市举办第三届国际布尔萨漫画创作比赛。
条件：
-卡通人物将被发送到竞争会前发表的，但不应授予另一竞争。
